1. Product Introduction
It has special flavoring and deodorizing factors to make the cured meat fully absorb the cured sauce, keep more moisture in cooking, and highlight the effect of tender meat and skin fragrance.
How to use the original flavor marinade?
- Select high-quality chicken wings or chicken legs and wash them with water.
- Place a clean bowl or pot on a scale, tare it, and weigh the chicken.
- Add marinade and water according to the weight of the chicken (Ratio: Raw meat : Marinade : Water = 100 : 4 : 4).
- Stir the marinade and chicken thoroughly with a spoon or shovel to wrap the marinade as much as possible.
- Seal with plastic wrap and store in a cool place or refrigerator for 10 to 12 hours.
- Remove the marinated chicken after the 10-12 hour period.
- Pour an appropriate amount of breading powder into a clean bowl and roll the marinated chicken pieces one by one.
- Gently press the wrapped chicken and give it a light shake to remove excess loose powder.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Once the oil temperature is ready, slowly place the wrapped chicken into the pot.
- Fry until golden yellow. Remove and let rest briefly before enjoying the delicious taste.
Note
Air Fryer Method: Spray a proper amount of oil on the wrapped chicken, set the temperature to 220°C, and fry for 15 minutes.
