5. Making Method of Muffin Cake

  1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and heat it to 170 C.
  2. Mix Muffin Cake powder, eggs, salad oil and milk slowly into batter.
  3. Use a mounted bag or spoon to pour the batter into a baking-resistant cake cup to 8 cents full. Raisins, blueberry grains, walnuts, etc. can be added to the batter. Bake at 170 C for about 20 minutes until cooked.
  4. Take out the cake cup and cool it.

6. Product preservation

Since sucrose is added to the Muffin Cake Powder during the processing of raw materials, it is better to keep the muffin in the refrigerator if it is not sealed and stored in a dry place in time.
